Better Breakfast

As I mentioned here, most breakfast cereals are garbage and I usually opt for some type of veggie egg scramble in the mornings. But everyone likes a little variety and once in a while I crave something sweet to start my day. So I eat this. It takes less than a minute to prepare, is loaded with protein to power you through your day, heart healthy omega 3s that help your skin glow, and probiotics and fiber to keep your digestive system moving along. Also, it’s delicious. Happy Health!

1/2-3/4 cup kefir

small handful nut and dried fruit mix

1 tbsp. hemp seeds

1 tbsp. chia seeds

1 tbsp. flax seeds

dash vanilla extract

stevia to taste

Mix it all up and enjoy!
